Primary Goals To understand how to use the Gym - improve posture & Core Strength – Improve Cardiovascular fitness
Bhuvaneswari began in August 2016 with the initial aims of improving cardiovascular fitness, improve posture and core strength and gain a better understanding of workout programmes in the gym.
During the early sessions, we focused on the very basics such as correct technique, correct breathing, focal points and movement patterns.
The sessions have incorporated a variety of equipment such as the bosu ball, TRX, fixed resistance machines, free weights & cardiovascular equipment and some light Boxing. Bhu has now seen significant improvements with her posture as well as her cardiovascular fitness and core strength!
Sometimes our training has also involved sessions such as Racquetball and Badminton away from the gym to help let off some stream and to relieve stress.
