Primary Goals – Lose 1/2 stone in weight - improve body tone and definition – improve cardiovascular fitness.
Hannah started training with me in July 2017, in just over 2 months Hannah lost 5lbs in weight and 2 inches from her waist and hips and has gone from having to stop on the treadmill 1.5 mile run test @ 1.7km to completing the test in just over 15 minutes!!
Hannah also smashed all the fitness tests completing 50 tyre flips of the 60 kg Tyre in 3 minutes, completed 25 full body weight push ups, held the plank for just over 2 minutes, completed 20 tricep dips to failure and held the stability ball squat hold for 6 minutes!!
Hannah also continued to push herself in her own time whilst I was on holiday with her Gym sessions and also attending classes such as Indoor Cycle, Sprint and Body Combat!!
