Heath's Journey

Primary Goal – Weight loss

Heath started training with me in October 2016, with his main goals being to lose weight, improve cardiovascular fitness and improve muscle definition.
When commencing training Heath topped the scales at 116kg and was struggling to complete the Balke treadmill walk test, since that time Heath has excelled and achieved a total weight lost of 16kg weighing in @ just over 100kg!

Heath also took part in the Bush Farm 10km obstacle assault course in Saltash and the Tour De Moor event, cycling across the Moor to raise funds for St Lukes Hospice!
