Rogers's Journey

Primary Goals – Improve spinal mobility and core strength – weight loss.

Roger trained with me for 6 months from July – November 2016. Roger initially followed a structured flexibility and core strength development programme and then progressed onto more dynamic cardiovascular workouts!
During his training Roger lost 9lbs in weight in the first 2 months, and the sessions helped to reduce muscle spasms and pain in his back.
