Sally's Journey

Primary Goals – Improve mobility and flexibility, aerobic fitness and muscular strength.

Sally started training with me in 2012 and was involved in a car accident many years before which meant some movements were difficult, however over time Sally has overcome all obstacles in her path to improve her range of movement and strength as well as achieving an elite level of aerobic fitness on the vo2 max test!
Sally was also always adamant she would never attend a class but has now made Pilates at the club a big part of her overall fitness regime. Sally continues to train with me twice per week gaining the benefits that 1.1 training has to offer.
